Quite the experience today, which was very upsetting. Upon arrival at the Dunkin’ Donuts in East Providence across from Millers Roast Beef, when I walked in, it seemed like there was a meeting going on, which it was. The director of operations was in town I guess having a meeting I only know this due to the manager an older woman that was there mentioning it to one of the younger crew members who asked if she was coming back and then took off for 15 minutes out the door (must have been her break, but I doubt it) I gave my order and left a tip as I was waiting I was also watching to see how long would it take by then the corporate Personnel were already gone. I was looking at the clock in 10 minutes had passed by and then I went up and asked one of the crew members what happened to my order, she went to the young lady who took my order at the register, a young lady with red hair. She immediately said somebody missed it took the order cuz I made it already which in all the reality she lied cuz she didn’t make it and she made it very quickly and it took her Less Than 3 minutes to have my order up. When I got my order of course I checked it out there were approximately five hash browns in this order now I’m not sure how many hash browns come in in order but there were only five in mine in one of them the hash brown that is was cold so I’m guessing it was sitting around and she just added it to it. I didn’t want to make a scene, but no one and I mean even the manager that was there an older woman did not check on me while I was sitting there waiting for my order nor did she say anything when I had mentioned that my order was not ready and I’ve been waiting for it. I can only wish that the corporate team was still there (the director of operations mainly)so that I can make a major complaint about how the service is at this particular Dunkin’ Donuts. This is the second time that I’ve been to Dunkin’ Donuts in order the same meal and it took over 10 minutes to get. The young lady that went out for her little smoke break for 15 minutes was the last team member that took my order through drive-thru. You can rest assure either I won’t be going back or I will be making a major issue about how the service has been since I’ve been there. I will be going back and I will critique these people to make sure that they’re doing the right thing when it comes to giving the customer their orders properly and on time.

This location I end up at most commonly for a variety of reasons. Mostly over coffee/chia meetings. Some locations I avoid because I have had rude staff on more than one occasion. Or staff who don’t pay attention to order’s. Their Chia I have to ask for extra extra sweetener and chia mix or it ends up like brown water. Can’t help you coffee drinkers. Their coffee, like many chains is very bitter even with added flavors.

This location is garbage, the people that work here are garbage. Every time I place a mobile order when I get to the speaker all I get is an attitude. I place the order when I hit the lights near millers and when I get to the speaker all I get is you just placed the order it’s going to take a few to make your drink. What is the difference if I place my order on the app or on the speaker, please explain that to me. What is the difference.

This is by far the worst and ghetto Dunkin Donuts in East Providence, female employees always talking about their personal life’s and talking about how they will talk back to customers that they don’t care so unprofessional, also they mess up your order and drop home fries and don’t say anything they don’t care about your order being wrong and give you a dirty look if you say something telling they co workers am not the one today for customers unprofessional and rude.
