Very poor service. Waited over 30 minutes in the parking lot after they said they will bring my order. Cars behind me honking. The cashier was Ace, blue hair came out and gave me attitude when I joking asked her if “they had to run to store to buy the eggs”. She said “there are cars waiting and I can take my sandwich now. I told you to wait at stop sign.” For one she stated “pull forward and we will bring you the sandwich.” She did not need to be mean, especially when during the entire time I was waiting – not one car went through…. She then just walked away and slammed the front door behind. I can only imagine how Ace would act when it’s busy.

Made a mobile order which was simple to follow. Upon going to the drive through I was handed my coffee and waited for a minute then the worker asked why I was still there. How can you not read the order and know I was waiting on 2 other items. Then to top it off, I had a customized selection of donuts that they completely botched

this dunkin has taken a cliff-dive. all the regular staff are gone and new managers don’t know how to pull new staff together and train them. i worked here for 2 years, chances are I’m not coming back after the mess this store has become.

Horrible service. Drive through only. Nasty girl named Jade who called my brother “your mother” almost swearing as he questioned the bill because his app showed a free item that was not free. Visited 6/11/2023 at 3:13 pm. This person should be fired along with the other 2 girls who came to the window and were nasty and belligerent. Hope management pulls up the video to see their rude behavior. Brittany took the order and was okay. Store #357275. The other two girls Jade with black hair and the other girl was so unprofessional. So sad.

Multiple times I place a mobile order for pick up and the store is open for drive thru only. When you then get to the drive thru the staff are rude. I understand being short staffed but 1) don’t take it out on the customers and 2) communicate if the store is drive thru only on the app. Other coffee stores can do it why can’t dunkin?

Man where do I start. I go on a Sunday and the door is Locked so I was forced to wait on the drive thru line for 13 minutes of my life I’ll never get back. My buddy who’s worked in the food industry told me about this one but I still think it’s dumb. There’s a pressure plate when you pull up to the window to get your food apparently their timed on how long it takes a car to be on it. And to “improve” their time they make you get off to go to the side to get your food. That’s bad service in sorry. I won’t even tell the numerous stories of wrong orders I’ve received. And I just asked the drive thru lady why the doors were locked. Her reply “yeah so we’re really short staffed right now our manager doesn’t know how to make a schedule”. So 100% not the employees fault it’s the fact that in the new england states they make so.many franchises of Dunkin they hire Billy off the street who deals coke and never got a high school diploma. Be better new england dunkins and maybe for a change actually serve ice cream and milkshakes “Baskin Robin’s” couch cough. Just terrible
