First of all, the staff were LEGITIMATELY laughing at me whilst I attempted to order. Secondly, it took the staff about 7 minutes to prepare THREE drinks, which were just syrup and an energy drink. Third of all, the straws that they trued giving me actually cut my lip open. And the syrup to drink ratio was completely off. Way too much syrup.

Awful experience. Snotty manager at the time real bad treatment of customers. Refused to correct an order for breakfast with my grandson in the car. Told my daughter not to go there again . She’s been going there everyday sometimes 3 x a day. For many years . I went to speak to her in person and she was as ignorant to me as well. Later my son in law went in and because it was a big guy saying you refused to give my son his breakfast sandwich. She was nice to him. He’s physically intimidating. She didn’t fix the issue nor apologize. I was banned from there for. Swearing at her . She had her staff joining in fighting with me. They don’t like to work . You need better people for a crew. One call to elderly affairs and bbb, might serve them right. U get zero stars and don’t deserve to make money nor tips. Too bad I’m an excellent tipper.

The manager for first shift at this Dunkin’ Donuts is extremely rude to patrons. She forces customers to drive to front of building in order to close tickets quickly. Without completing the service in order to meet the demands. She yells at customers in front of children. She is extremely unprofessional.

Terrible experience. Staff locks the door for carryouts whenever they feel like it. Dirtiest dining area for a store with minimal walk in traffic ( which the staff actively discourage lol)

This Dunkin is awful now!! It has continued to go downhill since Cliff left, but we have continued to go to support the workers and franchise owner. Today was the last straw. For a mobile order, they forgot the egg on my sandwich and the sandwich was rock hard. When I attempted to call them to discuss what occurred the only number they have on Google and the app is a fax number. That is highly unacceptable, you don’t want to field customers issues, fine, now you can deal with a corporate complaint.
