This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. I honestly question if it’s some sort of running joke the employees have to literally give customers the wrong order every time. I’ve been here 4 times and every time, each item in my order is made incorrectly or a completely different item. Trying to get them to fix it is a waste of time because they will begrudgingly remake things, but do it wrong yet again. Simple stuff, I ordered an orange juice and a medium coffee, 2 flavor shots, 2 cream, 2 sugar, but then we got an apple juice and a coffee with 3 flavor shots, 32 cream, and 3 sugar (yes, 32 cream, it’s disgusting, there’s barely any coffee in it). I don’t know how this place still has customers. I haven’t been here for a year until today and figured I’d give them another try to see if they’d be better, but they’re just as bad as the last time. Never again.

You ask for your order, and they will mess it up.. The coffee is always off. For example: I asked for a med, French vanilla, ice coffee, with cream, no sugar. They: give me French vanilla, iced with (3 shots of vanilla swirls???) Why? Making the coffee so sweet that it is unbearable to drink. I’m not going back again.

Horrible coffee taste like water. Been 3 times and all 3 times has been horrible. Also it was absolutely disgusting in the dining area. Trash everywhere floor has crumbs everywhere. Cooperate needs to intervene frfr.

Been there 3 times. They have always screwed up my order, made food wrong, drinks wrong, etc. They seem like they don’t care to be honest. I would not recommend going to this Dunkin location unless you want to constantly be checking if the right food is even in the bag or in my case completely burnt.

Every time I go here before I head to work in the morning there’s always some problem. I normally place my order on the mobile app and go to pick it up because it’s “fastest”. However there is only one person on staff who actually seems to care AT ALL (I don’t know her name but I’m assuming she’s a manager she has dirty blonde hair and glasses). If she’s not there I will be COMPLETELY ignored. I stood there for 5 minutes with multiple people walking by me (and it was not busy at all). When someone finally did acknowledge my existence she walked away and grabbed my order that apparently had been sitting in the drive-through section the entire time. So by the time I actually got it my food was cold my bagel was hard and they didn’t even make my sandwich right. All I asked for was an extra slice of cheese and this is an up charge. I’m aware that it’s only like $.40 but that’s not the point. I’ve given this location so many chances that I’m honestly so fed up and I will not be returning. I’d rather leave my house even earlier than I already do to drive out of my way to go to a different location.

The worst DD on the planet. My order is wrong every time I go there. I live close and try to give the benefit of the doubt but I just refuse to any longer. I’d drive a half hour to go somewhere else which isn’t that bad cause it’d still be quicker. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. Place is a circus.
