Everyday i come in the same girl is complaining about being busy. she’s always in a mood and i believe she is the manager. i mean really. it’s work no one wants to do it. if you hate it that much quit. we as customers don’t need to here almost daily “ f this i’m over it” It’s work people. When she gets over weekend she put the sign up that it’s “drive-thru only” She miserable and if that’s what you want running your store i’ll go to the 18 others on the block

Just went to this location on 12/30/22 at 9:am I go inside there’s a sign that says drive thru only no counter service I have a van that doesn’t fit in drive thru so I left went down the road to Marylou’s a bunch of landscapers in there talking about they left dunkin to this location has alot of problems——– Just went back to this location On 1/10/23 and again it was closed sign says do to Maintenance but drive thru is open not counter and there’s nobody doing any Maintenance I go to the gas station counter and said something that lady said they’re doing it so they don’t have to do counter that’s not right again went to Marylou’s

I have never employees that have been soo rude. I went thru the drivethru yesterday and ordered a coffee with two bagel twists and cream cheese. I got home and there was no cream cheese. I then went back thru the driveway and told them what happened and they made it seem like it was my fault that they didn’t put it in the bag and they didn’t charge me. Every time I go here there is nothing but rudeness and attitude. There is one nice middle aged woman who works there …all the young ones have attitude. They should be Glad that they have a job in this pandemic

Just stood at counter. 4 employees behind counter no one acknowledges me. They look at me and continue to talk about taxes and all 4 of them are making one coffee for drive thru. Terrible service Everytime I come to this location. Go elsewhere people. There are plenty of others around.
