Staff are always rude, food is undercooked, slowest service ever. I swear the drive through staff get mad when you order more than one thing. After each item they try to get you to drive up and it’s like hold on I want something else give me a sec. Hard to explain but just don’t go here. There are three more Dunkin within a mile or something. This is my local dunkin and I don’t go here.

I ordered before I left for work and they wouldn’t give me my order unless I went through the drive thru (which was at least 10 cars long). When asked why, the employee said they would ask the manager and then the asked employee disappeared and no manager showed.

Not the most customer friendly Dunkin’s….. also the morning drive thru line is the worst, there could be no cars at the window yet you could wait several several minutes at the order screen and there is plenty of staffing inside… you wait and wait and wait and the cars stack up. And when you’re done no apologies or sorry for the wait or thank you for your business.
