Everyone in this store needs to be re trained right down the AGM and the GM. They never mix my coffee well today I went in and I just wanted one of the long metal spoons to do it myself. An employee took it back and she was lovely the AGM told her the syrup is just gonna go back to the bottom anyways. Well it didn’t and I’ve been gone over 20 minutes the fact the AMG is telling employees they don’t have to mix coffee is ridiculous. Bacon is always uncooked there like the take it right out the fridge and that it. This place gives all dunkins a bad name.

the staff members here are terrible especially the young ladies, they seem to have no clue what they are doing i don’t even understand how they got hired. they have no respect or customer service skills whatsoever. i did not have a good experience here at all the girls seem to not take their jobs seriously and tend to mock others, talk bad on customers and disrespect them too instead of being kindly greeted into the store.

Why is it these people get paid alot more now and the quality of there drinks have gone down! I have went there 3 times and ask for a signature drink with the whip cream and all that good stuff I pay extra for and then they hand it to you with no whip cream no sprinkley good stuff you pay for plus I even tip 5 $ and still have to ask them where is my whip cream or my sprinkley good stuff nothing and and am getting really sick and tired of not getting what I paid for unbelievable!

This location is horrible. They are rude and have no customer service training. I will no longer be coming to this location. From extremely vulgar language, yelling at us, and belittling us, the treatment is uncalled for. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but enough is enough!! Three strikes and…. YOU ARE OUT!!!!!! I will also be contacting the GM or franchise owner to put in a formal complaint. There is no reason in this day and age that this should be going on.

The staff is rude beyond words and doesn’t get a single order right. Apparently it’s common courtesy to be rude to customers and coworkers at this dunks… never coming back here again, the atmosphere here is anything but friendly. All you can hear inside the store and in the drive through is employees yelling at one another and being rude. The fact that they harass anyone that respectfully leaves a job there is appalling and horrible. This place is over all very unwelcoming and very disrespectful…

This is my everyday dunks. Always makes my coffee the right way and actually one of the only ones I’ve gone to where I don’t need to ask for napkins. Kasey is always very friendly when I come in . I always get a warm greeting and sometimes my coffee is ready when I walk on the door cuz they see me coming! My One criticism is the drive thru line could be well more managed by having two associates posted at the window.

Dunkin Donuts takes no responsibility for the absurd amount of tons upon tons of plastic non bio degradable trash the sell making plenty of profit with out any care for the trash that’s killing or planet yummy right!! Plus ntm the Coffee isn’t really great it tastes watery plus it’s 1000 degrees with mega sugary calories it’s bad for our bodies n planet. The pollution Dunkin Donuts puts into or landfills,rivers then oceans is absurd. They NEED to take responsibility for the products they sell making trillions but at the cost of the health of our planet. The generic stuff I make at home taste better. It is possible to get this company to make changes by using more earth friendly products that do exist plus not pass on cost to customers they make enough. Please contact ur local store speak to head quarters. A one wk boycott by their customers would b the pressure needed to have them making changes with a quickness. Demand this and other co. That take our money & kill our planet take ownership of the pollution no we make they make they make the plastic products don’t fall for the BS recycling is only the customers responsibility. I’ve been going here since it first opened on my way to work, 3 or 4 times a week. Last night was my last visit. The service has always been great until lately. In the past 6 weeks it has seriously gone downhill. I was late for work one night because it took more than 15 min to get an iced coffee. The other night I was told they didn’t have any iced coffee, and last night’s coffee was so horrible I poured it out after 2 sips. I don’t know how the service is during the day, but I’ll be going somewhere else now.
