Absolute worst management here, the manager yelled at me when my child couldn’t make her order loud enough, then when I repeated it she yelled again, so rude with the worst tone and attitude. One of her workers at the window said that was her typical behavior and they apologized for her. I called and left a voicemail to report the terrible service they have repeatedly going on and was never followed up with and had the same experience another time months later. Go to the one down the road, but avoid the Shell one at all costs.

I will never cheat on Starbucks again. I go here on my way to work if the Starbucks line is too long. There was no wait this morning, so I went through the drive thru for a coffee. The gentleman at the speaker was great, when I asked for extra oatmilk in my coffee, a woman’s voice came through the speaker and said “we can do that, but it’ll cost extra”. I expected to pay more- no worries. When I got to the counter, the woman was very dry. Told me my total, gave me my drink, no other words came out of her mouth. Now, I can understand if this woman had a bad day, or was off- but she is like this EVERY TIME. I said “thank you! have a good day” and she shut the window, no response. I drive about a mile down the road, take 2 sips from my coffee, and a curly hair comes up with my next sip. Absolutely disgusting.

it’s my understanding that In the state of New Hampshire while running a business serving food you need to have a working bath room. I entered this establishment to use the restroom and get a cup of coffee but left with nothing and still having to pee!

These people consistently forget to sweeten my latte. I order an iced latte with liquid cane sugar & toasted almond flavoring, and they never put it or the flavoring. It’s been like 5 times this has happened lol. It’s annoying because the dunks near me is closed for renovations, so this is my only other option that’s relatively close
