Pulled cabinets in front of register and refuse to acknowledge customers inside the store. Drive through operational but they often aren’t serving food. Always multiple employees Outback smoking weed and cigarettes visible as you pull in. Go somewhere else, Starbucks and aroma joes are within 2 minutes and much better/cleaner

Friendly service. I ordered a coffee ☕ and ten Munchkins. I set for walk in pick up on the Dunkin’s app. I went up to the door and a notice was on the door saying “Drive thru only.”. I went thru the drive thru and when I arrived at the window, I was told that online orders can be picked up inside. The wait to get to the window was long. They did have large orders to fill.

I often go between both dunks but i don’t go to this location as often. As someone who works in the fast food industry i understand having a bad day but huffing and puffing because you forgot to put caramel drizzle on a coffee when i repeated so 3 times isn’t a reason to smirk and make jokes at the ppl at the window. Most of the workers there are lovely though, and i hope everyone has a better experience than this.
