Good location. Good selection. Cute set up inside, actually for a Dunkin Donuts a/k/a Dunkins. That said, the employee forgot part of my order. I had to go back and tell and show them. FYI: The bathroom had no TP. The sign inside of the restroom said that it’s cleaned every 60 minutes. Wouldn’t they have checked and seen that prior and/or that it would need it very soon and provided/supplied it? Just a thought.

If you order a donut you need to stand there and stare at them for a few minutes until their brain cells start working and they hand it to you. Otherwise you won’t get your donut and they will accuse you of trying to steal. Luckily I made sure she gave me a receipt because I didn’t trust the blank stare on her face. That cashier doesn’t have two brain cells to rub together.

This dunkins hasn’t gotten my order right for MONTHS now. Today I just experienced 3 teenagers goofing off not doing their job or knowing HOW to do their job. I ended up walking out without my drink after waiting 12 minutes for a mobile pick up order.

Excellent iced coffee. I’m not a fan of the regular brewed here as I prefer something more boldly flavored and the regular brewed coffee seems weak to me – of course that is all personal preference. Lots of people love their coffee so you might be one of them.

For being in Hollis this Dunkin’s is not as nice as it should be. It’s exclusively staffed and managed by teenagers, some of them are good some aren’t the best. The place is always filthy and my drinks come out right maybe 70% of the time. Hopefully they will change and get a bit better.
