I stop through 3 days a week and my food is always hot and fresh and my coffee is perfect or close to it. The employees have always been very pleasant to deal with also. For all those reasons it is a busy spot in the morning and the drive through can be a bit slow, but still worth it every time.

If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t know if this is all Dunks or just this particular location, but I will not be going to Dunks anymore because of this incident: I ordered a large iced coffee with light ice and light coconut milk, because they always fill it to the top with ice and you pretty much are drinking iced milk. I am not paying for iced milk, I am paying for COFFEE. The woman told me if I ordered it this way that she would not be filling the cup up all the way with coffee.. Um okay? So you are telling me you’re a huge scam who measures out how much coffee you will put into a cup? What a joke. You can buy better coffee at Cumberland Farms for under $2.00 and actually get what you are paying for, same with Aroma Joes (not $2.00 but you can have it made how you want it without rules). Dunks is a corporate sell out just trying to scam people into spending $8.00 of milk and ice.

I was served by a woman with a lot of thick black makeup on her face. It’s obvious that this Dunkin’ Donuts location does not care about having a professional appearance. Come here if you wanna wait 40 minutes and have your coffee made by an aggressive raccoon.

It is listed as a 24 hour location, but when I went through the drive thru on 2/12 at around 3:30am, I sat at the intercom for about 6 minutes without a “We’ll be right with you.” I got fed up as I would’ve hoped for fast service and drove up and left. As I was driving by, I saw two employees, with their headsets on, just putzing around standing near the front counter. There was another customer in the line and they were not helped either. This is ridiculous and unfortunately normal for this location to have slow service or none at all during the early hours of the day, regardless of it being listed as a 24 hr location.
