I pulled into the Dunkin’s door was still locked 30 mins after open time. Went to drive threw asking if they were gonna open. Lady said yes we’re still trying to open the doors.!!!! 40 mins after open I’m still outside the door the employees are looking and laughing after telling me they would open up the doors to dine in. Very poor customer service. This place is a joke. 3/2/23 peeps still don’t have a clue The manager says I don’t need her name well I can tell you I will get the name and I will talk to your boss ms manager. Loser these peeps think there job is so hard poor attitudes horrible place.

When all the staff shows up they are the Best Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. Unreliable employees make this location undependable. Sometimes 3 people are working with so many customers they have to close inside. Drive up could be a wait of 35 minutes. Managers are always terrific and never tell you the reason but, we all know!

Stop here from time to time depending on where I am going in the am. One of the faster dunks around. Yesterday my order was placed in the drive thru but it must have been deleted because when I got to the window it didn’t exist. I think the young woman was very new and a woman with multi colored hair assisted her. I could tell there was a lot that needed to be corrected and I held the line up for over a minute but they were both patient and courteous while rectifying the situation. They got it fixed and my order correct. Just wanted to acknowledge them as I could tell they were a little frustrated (as anyone would be) but I appreciate them fixing it! I am sure they deal with all types of people at the window (polite to extremely rude) and I just wanted to say thank you !
