Ordered a snack of hash browns & 10 pc munchkins at 8:30pm thru the app for walk in, from my house-10 mins away. This location is open until 10pm, but the doors were locked. Forced me to use the drive thru & waste 10 more minutes. Waiting at the window, I finally get my munchkins – 2 of every kind when I ordered chocolate & jelly and the young man mumbles something with the window half closed. He asked me to move around the corner to get the hash browns & I waited a few more minutes to get the hash browns-20 minutes after I put the order in. So the point of the app is to speed things up. Closing the door and still accepting walk up orders is frustrating. This is not the first time they closed the doors early. When I got there another woman tried to get in also and said “I hate it when they do this”. I should have just gone next door to McDonald’s who has great service by the way. This location also has a weird 1 way parking lot situation to get into the building. You have to try to fight your way across the drive thru line to park. Bad logistics, young employees that seem to do what they want and slow service at night when there are no customers. I won’t be coming back to this location.

The coffee was good however service is hit or miss. It seems like when you go through the drive-thru they do one car completely before on to the next which causes a good amount of wait time. If you’re in a hurry I would go elsewhere. They seem to have less of a selection of food and donuts might be due to demand or product availability.

I went by today at about 6:45 am. According to google and the sign on the door, they opened at 4 am. However the door was locked and when the employee inside saw me, he told me they were not open yet. I ended up going to McDonalds next door. Even 15 minutes later, cars were going through drive-thru and not getting service. I saw multiple cars leave in the 15 minutes I watched.

Oh my goodness!!! I am still in shock with how I was just spoken to by employee, Merimha. I am not sure how to spell the name but the other employee told me her name. I recently went through the drive through. I order a latte and the espresso wasn’t put in it. NO BIG DEAL! I’ve worked in customer service for so many years, I understand mistakes happen. So I went in and just let the counter person know that there just wasn’t the espresso in the cup. OUT OF NOWHERE, Merimha turned around and with an attitude told me that there was a new person and that I needed to relax. I replied with, “no worries. I just wanted to let her know” confused by what she said because I wasn’t even talking to her in the first place. I told her that I didn’t need the attitude from her I was just letting the counter lady know there was no espresso. She told me that I needed to “shut the f up and go back to where I came from”. I was in shock! I don’t think I have ever encountered someone like that ever in my life. I was surprised she wasn’t fired on the spot. The counter lady apologized to me over and over again. While she was taking orders through the drive through. So not only did everyone in the store heard her be so disgustingly disrespectful, but so did the people outside ordering. After the counter lady apologized, I asked for the employee’s name. I was going to let it go, but honestly, I didn’t deserve such disrespect especially when I did absolutely nothing wrong. Sorry I asked for my latte to be fixed ♀️

I’m so disappointed… I ordered ahead for walk-in order like I always do at any dunks … the drive thru line is super long this morning mind you … I pull up try to walk in for my order and the doors are locked … why have the option of ordering a walk in when you’re going to keep your doors locked . Few months later still having issues , just got a half frozen wrap and soggy hashbrowns …
