Stood in this spot for over half an hour before I was even acknowledged. That was also along with actively trying to get their attention. Please, avoid this destination; just got to Aroma Joe’s or home brew your own coffee. I was forced here to pick up a DoorDash order but I will never accept another Dunkin’ order after this let alone be caught dead here upon my own volition. This has been the fifth time this has happened. 2-4 times, I understand; 5 times is blatant disregard borderline prejudice.

Absolutely, horrible customer service skills. When they put my donuts in the bag they were maple, frosted donuts. They were put in there. Upside down was nothing in between the donuts in the bag so when I got to my destinations, all of my maple frosting was all at the bottom of my bag stuck to it, and I had to peel my donuts off of it and there is nothing left. Of the frosting so I came back to the store to try to make it right and there’s donuts that they replace them with literally had a speckle of frosting on it like I would not pay for a donut that looked like that in 100 years or ever for that fact And I tried to explain to them that I worked at a Dunkin’ Donuts when I was 15 or 16 years old which I am now 41 and when I had to serve donuts, we put layers of wax paper or whatever in between the donuts and packaged them appropriately so that they stood straight and didn’t tumble all over the place And they proceeded to argue with me over that that it is now a health concern to try to make your food more presentable and have it survive the trip from the store to the vehicle. Anyways I could keep going all day about how rude they were, and how unacceptable to another point of view or How things were done when I was doing it that I just turned around and had to leave and the manager was very impressionable and with a very sneer voice said goodbye have a nice day and didn’t let me get my point across so anyways I would highly recommend not to visit this place or waste your money here unless you want your order messed up and do you want to pay for stuff that is not what you expect to get do you know with the prices that they now have an all of their items you expect to have a decent product when you receive it but that is definitely not the case at this facility so do not come here. And I will make sure to tell everyone about my experience here and not to visit this place. I thought the Bill Nab Mall facility was the worst. This one now takes its place. I didn’t think that would be possible. I would give it zero stars or even negative if it was an option but I can’t so that’s why I give it one star across-the-board

It’s dunkins. The new design is cold and not inviting. The coffee is very tasty, and I prefer it over Starbucks. But you pay Starbucks prices but get an atmosphere that is not inviting.

Visited on 5/31/23 at 6:30pm. Two staff were working both female. The elderly woman who took my order was very impatient and rude while the other employee paid no mind to me. Two customers came in behind me as the elderly employee prepared my coffee. The other employee refused to stop cleaning and acknowledge the other customers until I pointed out they had been standing and waiting for a while. Both employees seemed to be disgruntled. Do better!!

I personally stop by for a coffee here and there, and I do enjoy my drink. However, I order on the mobile app which compels me to wait for someone to go to the pickup table so that I can merely have my coffee, as they must hand my order to me. This would not be an issue if the workers were actually in the vicinity of the pick up table, as I normally have to get the attention of a worker before I receive anything from mobile pickup. Another thing to note is that the drinks are rarely ever stirred/mixed when served.

Walked in to use the restroom and was rudely yelled at by the workers/managers asking me will I be making a purchase, as if I can’t read the sign on the door. Very disrespectful workers and I highly advise everyone to stay away from this business.
