Extremely disappointed with the level of unprofessional and unkind behavior of an employee of Dunkin. Our daughter got stuck in the parking lot. A young woman was parked next to her in the parking lot. My husband and I arrived to jump her car but could only access the car on the right side. My daughter knocked on the young woman’s car window to ask if she could pull her car out in order to jump the car. The woman not only refused but then sat in her car for another 15 minutes. We were shocked to realize that she was a Dunkin employee. I called and spoke to the manager to report this unkind behavior not to mention being shocked that, with such limited parking employees park in the customer lot.

Their breakfast sandwiches taste like cleaning fluid. I refuse to buy them at this location anymore. Once is a fluke, 5 times is unacceptable. You also may not get your drink made correctly because certain employees have confessed to “doing it their own way”.

I am a New London resident, and for the most part I’ve had fairly good experiences with the Dunkin’ in our town. Today however, a particular employee who I believe is named Coreen, threatened to not serve my friend and I after eavesdropping on our conversation about the music playing in the store. This is not the first bad interaction I’ve had with this employee, and I believe Dunkin’ needs to do a better job teaching their employees some manners. This was uncalled for and inappropriate.

I will say we have been to a few Dunkin’ Donuts around this area, but this Dunkin’ is the best place around hands down!! They actually take pride in their work, they are friendly and they are efficient! Other Dunkin’s in the area need to come and train here!! ‍♀️

Dirty store, teenagers screwing around with a long line of customers. Only one young boy helping customers and he was clearly new. My small latte was the price of Starbucks because I had an alternative milk. This store needs an adult managing these irresponsible kids. No excuse for such unprofessionalism. I will drink instant coffee before going back to this location. not one person wore a mask, and one employee took a donut from the rack with his bare hands and stuffed it in his mouth! While we all waited in line, they were 5 teens and all laughing and joking and NOT working. The store was filthy dirty. Plenty of work could have been done instead of standing around doing nothing productive!! I hope the owner sees this!!
