I don’t go here anymore, pulled into their parking lot to make a phone call, the prices are outrageous, served by people who could care less about what they pass out a window. And yet people will sit in line for 15 or 20 minutes wasting gas and time to pay way too much for a coffee. I can’t understand why?

This morning was no different and the attitude received that the person taking orders didn’t have time to get my order. We’ve had to contact the manger before because of a cat being brought in and pet by workers who then did not wash hands or use gloves when preparing orders.

Busy, but there was adequate help and I got my order quickly (inside). The staff were pleasant and cheerful. There was a small dog running around inside which was a bit of a tripping hazard. It seemed like a regular and was cute, but I wondered why it was allowed in there, never mind running around.

Went with my mom. She ordered a latte, she said it was good. She also had a crawler. The only unfortunate thing was that we didn’t realize that the lobby was closed. There was a sign on the door stating that we had to go through drive-thru. Minor inconvenience of having to get out of vehicle to realize that we couldn’t order in.

Ordered a blue razz energy punch and the driver ordered her breakfast and coffee. I got my blue razz was not filled to the rim like any other place I go. It was noticeably low. Think of the dunkins large cup, you know where the label is? It was filled to the top orange letters. Not to mention the lady had a passive aggressive attitude. I didn’t say anything to get her more upset than she already was for some reason, but there’s no excuse to have that much of a drink missing.

A little over a year ago I used to be a problem with this location and it lasted at least 5 years prior to that. I lived in Allenstown but I would never get coffee here because it was always wrong and always burnt. It looks like Dunkin’ donuts is finally got an employees to take pride in what they do because I’ve been very pleased with my orders lately. I even stopped at a Dunkin’ donuts on my way home and they got my coffee wrong so I stopped at this location and asked them if they could fix it for me, the man was so nice he explained that he was not supposed to do that but since they are a chain he would like to try to fix it for me to show me what it should taste like s h o u l d. It was amazing! Good job guys keep up the good work!
