Early morning crew is fantastic thankyou so much for some of the best coffee from dunks. Afternoon crew sucks so bad. Always forget stuff gets the order wrong or gives us frozen food. Ill come in after ordering and wait while they goof off for 10 minutes and not make my order.

Being completely hounest. This dunkins is so horrible. The employees can’t get any order correct, simple or not. If you try to apply there it takes them forever to respond or they never look at your submission. The food is crushed sometimes, and half the time cold. 9+ employees where working at the time and only 2 people were working while the rest stood there being unless. Dunks is losing money this way and has got to be going out of business because of this. Nobody should have to deal with food and services this bad. I wouldn’t doubt it if this dunkins has multiple health violations.

All Dunkins have gone downhill in recent years. I had to tell the guy in the speaker 4 times “medium iced latte whole milk” THEN he asked me AGAIN at the window. Don’t know what cloud he was on or if he’s ever coming back down.

This has to be the worst Dunkin donuts in the area. Why serve cool hot coffee through the drive through? And when asked to remake it, they poured it in another cup still not hot? People work hard for their money to spend it with you. I get it, it’s hard work but at least give people what they pay for. Just skip this one and go somewhere else.
