Been coming here for years, part of my -almost daily- morning commute to work. Unfortunately, this morning I felt so insulted. I debated it all day, but I do feel the need to share how uncomfortable I was made to feel. Unfortunately as I got to the drive thru window I heard some girl clearly screaming “I THOUGHT THAT SOUNDED LIKE A MAN!!!!!!!” about THREE times in a row before someone else (who was laughing at the comment and agreeing) came to the window to grab my payment. Myself, very much a female, became mortified as she grabbed my card and I could tell she noticed how my face went from ready to be friendly to about to cry. It was silence from there. I hope the current employees know that we in the drive thru can absolutely hear you, especially when you scream insults. I was the only person in the line, so… easy math. It was an awful start to my day, and I just hope they can do better in the future.

There’s a female employee that always gets mad when serving you at the counter; giving you attitude if you order something that needs to be prepared since it’s taking up her time and walks away from you saying she hates people. It’s so bad that they’re closing the inside service and only having drive-thru open which makes it difficult for us truckers. I will never visit this Dunkin’s and want to make sure everyone is aware of the poor customer service.

Service varies. Mostly is young people who wait on me and their attitude sucks it’s like they’re doing you a favor by waiting on you. And don’t ask questions oh my that sends them over the edge. Not just this DD it’s been like that at most of them. I know it’s hard to find good help but that’s ridiculous. And heaven forbid if you didn’t order ahead on the app.

Its Dunkins what more can I say. Coffee and food is good but prices are a bit high.. but then again, Everything is getting more expensive these days. I discovered recently the reward program changed and no longer gives free coffee for your birthday and it takes longer to earn a free Coffee with the new system. Is till go for a treat now and then, but the value is not the same as it used to be.

Run this place faster you can! After spending Tuesday $20 again, I regret it. The Coffey was not like a coffee at all. I ordered two different macchiatos horrible put extreme sugar. I specifically asked pleas one is no caramel and bout was a caramel we couldn’t drink it because excessive sugar and croissant wasn’t fresh. Yesterday When my lovely 16 yr old wanted to try other donuts, I wanted to give this place another chance because it was through my job rd. After waiting 12 minutes, I couldn’t figure out she was ignoring us in the drive-thru because I heard every sound, even her. If she would say we are closed, there is no reason to wait that long or go inside. Then we decided to make it easy for her, so we stepped in the door, and the lady was outraged and unprofessional if they were closed how the two people purchased Coffey in front of us a minute before. Instead cursed me in front of 16 yr old niece. I am shocked, not professional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They do not deserve your money. No STAR this place it could be as your loved one, or your wife, your daughter or your mom, or your dad.

This is hands down the worst dunks I have ever been to. I have been here so many times cause I work next to it and never ONCE have I gotten my order 100 percent correct. My food is consistently undercooked or overcooked. And my drinks are never made the way I ask. So incredibly frustrating. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have never had such awful service. We waited 30 minutes for 2 english muffins and a drink when it was not busy at all. The lady taking our orders could not speak up after I politely asked her multiple times. Once we got to the window, we had to say our order again so she could put it in the computer right then. After paying we didn’t get our food for over 15 more minutes.

Great customer service! The girls working today 3/16 at 2pm were great!! They listened to what I wanted and helped me get it without any argument unlike the stand alone Dunkin Donuts in Epsom!!
