I’d like to start by mentioning that I go here often as I pass by on my way to work. Most of the staff is completely miserable every day and could be taught a thing or two about customer service. The food and drinks are fine but if you’re expecting any sort of warm experience, go elsewhere. This morning I ordered a walk-in mobile order and when I got there the doors were locked. I peeked in the window and a grumpy old woman aggressively waved me to get in line through at the drive through. At that point if I could have just gotten my money back I would have. I sat in like for over 15 minutes, making me late for work to pick up and order that was sitting right on the counter ready to go. When I arrived at the window, the employee could care less and shrugged my frustrations off. I understand being short staffed but atleast shut off your mobile orders if you’re too busy, or simply acknowledge the shortcomings and apologize. Kindness goes a long way.

I don’t normally write reviews for fast food/chain places but I feel I must draw attention to this. Today I went through the drive thru and happened to peek through to the restaurant and saw an employee was blowing and wiping his nose (rather aggressively) with napkins. I understand everyone has to blow their nose sometimes but cmon, you could at least do that in the bathroom. But the absolute worst and most disgusting part of me witnessing this was that I watched the worker go from blowing and touching his nose directly to the food prep station WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. He put on gloves but we all know that is not sanitary at all. If I had ordered food I would definitely have thrown it out. I was lucky that employee didn’t make my drink because I definitely would not have consumed it. Please teach your employees sanitary precautions and basic hygiene. This should not be an issue in a food establishment.

What a joke. Did a mobile order to pick-up inside, and I get there to find the doors locked. The drive-thru has 20 cars in it, and I can’t cancel my order. I understand if you want to close the inside, but either put it on the app, or at least put a sign on the door or something. Won’t be back.

In the drive thru they only take one person at a time, and do not help the next until the person has gone through. The lines moved very slowly and it took me forever to go through. The workers were very slow and it took me 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. I will be bringing my business to Starbucks or another Dunkin Donuts.

Put in for a cup of coffee in a donut and they have the cleanest restaurant are seen. Bathroom’s clean as a whistle Display case was fantastic as a couple pictures below drive-thru line to Breeze kind friendly and funny. FYI this has been remodeled and should be company’s standered going forward. Bar none

For those who don’t have a vehicle, forget it! They have closed the lobby (short staffed) and absolutely refuse to serve through the window if you are not sitting in a car… Real nice. You would think they would be happy to take money any way they can get it. Nope. Good luck to them!
