So this location is just terrible. Since moving to Loudon a couple months ago we have got to this location ever Saturday morning. Never once has it been good, I’m not even looking for better, it’s Dunkin’s, good is all you should expect. Nope! Every weekend I get either a donut or wrap. They don’t order my donut flavor because no one wants it, french cruller. That’s terrible! I did get a croissant sandwich which was so awful and hard I couldn’t eat it. Today we placed an online order, hubby went to pick it, the lady working the ‘cooking’ area was rude and was just angry. If it’s that bad lady, quit, seriously life is too short. Then he finally gets my one sad little wake up wrap. It is waaaay overcooked, like rock hard!! I’m not happy! Would you eat that? No? Then why expect me to? No more wasting my money there! I told my hubby, don’t even ask me if I want anything from them, no way. Flush out employees who don’t like actually serving customers, I’m not saying customers are all perfect, but selling me a sandwich that is burnt and rock hard is far worse! I will contact corporate as well.

No air conditioning, the kid working said management refused to turn it on. The iced decaf was water, had to convince them to brew a new batch after three separate drinks that I returned. Locked the doors after we left, three hours before they close. No outdoor trash. Big parking lot, picnic tables, free wifi.

Typical Dunkin donuts. Food was ok service was there, only because they were being paid. Not a smile among any of the staff, ANYONE! No one in front of us on line. Ordered a breakfast 2 sandwiches. It would have been faster to raise my own chickens and wait for them to lay eggs. Oh well, if you’re not in a hurry, don’t worry.
