People there were rude and wouldn’t say thank you gave dirty looks and gave me the wrong coffee and when asked to change it they said it’s to bad and walked away.. never will go back there ever again

This dunkins is really hit or miss. Most of the time the drive thru is closed for no reason. Im 6 months pregnant and orderd drive thru through the app. The other day. When i got there the drive thru was closed and the employees were sitting outside smoking with the gas station employees. No one was in the building at all. And when you put in a mobile order if they dont have what you ordered they just throw the slip away and act like you didnt order it. I told them we ordered donuts and The woman in the drive thru told me “oh we looked and the slip and we didnt have it so we threw it out”. Then she acted so irritated when we asked for other donuts instead. We ended up leaving without them anyway.

This is hands down worst place ever period. I have never left a review before but this janky place deserves it. The wait time is unreal.. I was literally the 5th car in the drive thru and waited 34 min to get a coffee and sandwich. The staff here are absolutely rude. And the coffee tastes like dog water. You would be doing the community a great service if you just closed. Place is trash. You can here the disappointment and stress in the voice over the intercom drinks are so inconsistent do your self a favor and just find a puddle on the street and drink that

Great coffee, always fresh. The morning staff is very friendly and quick. They have times where they can be pretty busy and backed up but they always apologize for the long wait which is pleasant. II don’t, however, like the night staff. I understand there’s only 1-3 of them at any given time, but I end up waiting at the counter for up to 15 minutes with NO ONE acknowledging me, even when I yell to them. Sometimes you can see that they are distracted on their phones, not cool. As for the products themselves, I have to say that although the night staff doesn’t exactly seem “thrilled” to help their customers, the coffee is always fresh and sandwhiches are made perfect every time. I would highly suggest this location during the day. Also, when they get new products, the morning staff seems so eager to let the customers know and tell them how good it is, I love that!

We have gone to this dunkins twice in our travels. Both times have not been good and we have not been given good food. The first time my mother’s coffee was burnt and and her bagel was almost inedible (my food was okay). The second time her bagel was fine but her coffee was so burnt and incorrect. My food was okay but my donut were so hard and stale I thought they were plastic at first. They were inedible. I would suggest driving a little out of your way to hit a better dunkins if you want food.

I like Dunkin for a quick coffee or bagel, but each location is inconsistent with their coffee product. I have recieved wrong orders sometimes and I can’t get them fixed because usually the staff are too busy to look at me again. On the other hand, the employees are always nice and friendly and even if their coffee is inconsistent, it’s still good.

We ordered a pumpkin spice latte that came with no pumpkin and a chai latte that had two tablespoons of powder left in the bottom. On top of that, our cups were covered in cream cheese….we didn’t order anything with cream cheese. Super gross and disappointing.
