Placed an order using mobile app, obviously payment was made. Arrived to pick up order 5 minutes later only to be told the place is closed. This is not the first time this has happened and there were several other people there for the same reason. The girl at the window explained they are closed and COULD NOT issue a refund. Again this has happened more than once at this location. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

Gave us someone else’s coffee instead of our own in the drive-thru. Then acted like we were the stupid ones for telling them it was not the coffee we ordered. Then when they made the coffee for us based off the receipt we gave them back they still made it incorrectly. $16 for two large coffees.

Like…. Why? This isn’t even a spider.. just zigzags with a munchkin plopped in the center with no eyes to even tempt to make it look like as it is advertised. The presentation is rated lazy and effortless.

Can’t say I’m a big fan, to be completely honest I try to avoid it like the plague they never get it right, always have to have it fixed in Whitefield or the one in Walmart. The staff don’t really ever have a smile on their face and they drive thru you seem to wait a bit and they act like your waisting their time…..
