Since when does Dunkin have a no pets policy? I’ve been in there several times with my service dog and never not once been denied service. Went in this morning Thur, May, 9th at 9:45AM and got totally shot down the second I crossed into DD territory. I have never had a problem like that before with my service dog in hand NEVER! Not to mention on top of it all the woman running the counter was rude as he** to me for having the SERVICE DOG then when I gave my wife the money for our order she was rude as he** to my wife. Where is this DD restaurant going where there people working are rude rude rude to the customers??

The woman that was working at this location was the most rude person that I have ever encountered at a Dunks. I tried to order iced coffee, “nope all out”, ok, how about wake-up wraps, “I literally close in 20 minutes, I’m not making anything”. Wow, just wow!!

Everytime I go into the Dunkin donuts in Walmart there is only one person working amd a huge line. Today the poor lady working there was crying because she couldn’t keep up with all of the orders and people get frustrated and take it out on her. She was moving as fast as she could go. It is not right to only have one person working there. There should be at least two employees at all times of the day. I am sorry that she gets so stressed at work everyday and has to continue to work. You are doing a great job Karen I hope they find someone to help you.

I normally have a good experience here but today’s was awful. I got 3 coolatas and the woman (karen) messed up on the order a couple times. I ordered at 2:20 and received my drinks 13 minutes later, apparently she messed up while making the drinks. On top of that she added to much syrup. I was very disapointed.

Normally i do not leave negative comments but yesterdays experience was particularly bad. One girl at the register was taking my order and as i paid, another girl walked out behind the counter. Obviously she worked there but had a jacket on, maybe on break or just coming in. She loudly began to complain about her schedule to the girl that was helping me. She then grabbed a munchkin and proceeded to eat it while still having a loud converstion with the girl working. All this may have been over looked if the girl hadn’t also been distracted enough to put my sandwich on a english muffin instead of the croissant i ordered. The main reason i went there was for a croissant, so i was pretty disappointed, but would have been late if i had tried to stay and get it corrected…

This place sucks. An employee told me they are a testing store.. which means they don’t have even half of what any other Dunkin donuts have. Also, I got a strawberry coolata and they put a tiny bit of whip cream.. didn’t even fill it up to the top. I’d rather drive 40 minutes than to go to this location again.
