The coffee is good the food is not. They cannot ever seen to get the order right no matter how many times you repeat it. The bagels are always super burnt and when you ask for cream cheese on the side they put it on for you. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel, and I’m assuming the bagel was stale because even toasted, it was so hard to bite into, I couldn’t even finish it. I’m always disappointed with the texture of food here and presentation. It’s not that hard to get a food order right.

Sunapee’s Dunkins is my favorite one to go to! I love going to see, probably each person that works there, daily. It’s the vibe, we’re a small town, no drive-thru but they’re amazing. They always have my drink, my son’s, n the bacon for my pits as soon as they see me coming!!!

Clerk blew her nose and didn’t wash her hands then came to the register to take my order and wiped her snotty nose with her hands. If they are that unsanitary in front of you, just imagine what they do when you can’t see them. I realize they need to staff the place, but shouldn’t settle for people who were raised by wolves.

Throughout the past year I have had nothing but good experiences with this Dunkin’s. Im sure there are times that aren’t the best, but at the end of the day they do a solid job. I tend to stop in the mornings and the current staff has been friendly and seem to be on point with the coffee. I’m sure turnover will happen, but for now, I am pleased.

Nothing like standing at the counter as the only customer while the employees spin in circles like chipmunks ignoring you. Order ahead and your slip sits on the counter till you arrive and then they make your coffee order and forget to make your food order.

Stopped in recently, ended up throwing all of our order in the trash without eating anything and replacing it with Jake’s coffee and food. Only one person behind the counter. This woman was handling money and stuck her fingers deeply into our cups to hold them as she walked to fill the order. She was doing everything with one hand and had a black brace on her other wrist that apparently reduced the use of that hand. Horrible smell emanating from her person. Absolutely disgusting. When we got into our car and verified with each other that we had the same experience, we could not bring ourselves to eat or drink anything. I will never buy from this location again as long as this woman is behind the counter.
