I recently moved to Alton and I’ve stopped several times (at least 15 times in the last three months)before work for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The people are nice enough but if I’m being totally honest the food is gross. The coffee usually tastes awful. I’m not even picky about it like some people are. I got a breakfast sandwich this morning and hand to source the egg was still frozen. My coffee taste like they ground up tires and sprinkled some turpentine in it. How can you not notice that the egg is frozen? I try not to leave bad reviews and I am a very understanding person, but EVERY SINGLE TIME I go it’s always something. I’ve had enough of this so I personally will never go back. I do not recommend at all. There are hundreds of other dunks, it would behoove you to go to one of those.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’ Donuts. I worked at Dunkin’ Donuts for two years and am very familiar with the rules and policies. When I got to the window this morning, I had asked the cashier about my second black iced tea. She stated I only ordered one (the passengers in my car agreed that I said two black iced teas when at the speaker). I asked the cashier if I could pay for a new one anyways since I had already waited in the drive thru line and it was a simple request. She closed the window on me and then said they can’t “do add ons at the window”. This was the cashiers mistake to which she was trying to blame me for. She refused to take accountability and even inconvenienced me where I had to go into the store and wait until someone I was able to tend to my order. The cashier inside then gave me the wrong change back, shorting me. When I got home, I went to open my food order and it was all incorrect. I had ordered an everything bagel with butter on the side and got a plain bagel with butter on it. I also ordered two bagel bites, which the cashier even asked if I wanted plain and I said yes. Both bagel bites were everything. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I did not feel comfortable going back to the Dunkin due to the employees hostility and lack of customer service. I’m writing this review in hopes that more training is provided to this staff.

The manager was very rude! We were order 111 at 9:35 AM on Sunday. My wife and I watched as people who ordered before us received their orders. My wife told the woman in charge that we did not receive our order. The woman did not acknowledge what we said and continued to make other people’s orders. My wife asked again if she could make our order. The woman said everything is made in the order. We told her ours was ordered 25 minutes ago. She told us that was not her fault. We asked again and she finall gave us the food we ordered. It was very frustrating to wait that long. Even more frustrating that she ignored us, that we had to ask multiple times, that she said it was our fault and that she did not label the orders as she put them on the counter. How does anyone know if they are receiving the correct order.

Line was quite long but we stuck it out for some Dunkin feast. In total it was a 20 minute wait to get the feast on a busy Sunday morning. Staff was pleasant and smelled nice. My sausage egg and cheese was up to my standards. However, my boy Tank was not satisfied with his sour dough sando. Coffee and refresher were great (no booze tho?). Will I return? Probably not

Not busy at all but it took forever to get an order thru drive thru. The drive thru road is also AWFUL. Whoever thought of the design, wasn’t keeping in mind the bigger vehicles driven in New England in winter and trying to maneuver through the tight twirls drive thru. Over all just ok . Wouldn’t go out of my way to go to this location
