Coffee and food is ok, but you may wait 10 minutes before someone acknowledges you even though there are many workers having fun, looking at their phones and chatting away. I’m glad they are having fun at work… God forbid they actually do a good job. Go to a local coffee shop with trained employees!

This place is ridiculous. 17 minute wait in line. 4 people inside. Cars wrapped around to the road…. And it order was wrong!!!!!!!?? What is wrong with those store????? We keep giving those store chances and it’s pointless. Literally takes us less time to get our coffee to travel 20 minutes away to the next Dunks in Lee. Absolutely absurd!

April 5th 2023. Updated review. Still no consistent schedule for the lobby. One day it’s closed the next it’s open. Mobile orders force you into the drive through, which defeats the entire purpose. This store has continued to neglect the issues and continues to create bottlenecks into the street by keeping inconsistent hours and lobby hours.

My usual order is a medium frozen coffee with vanilla and no whipped cream and for some reason there is no taste of vanilla. No matter how many times except for one location this does seem to be an issue. I due not like to complain but there is a problem. I can’t call, they don’t give me my receipt but will give me an attitude if I ask for a straw, napkin due to spillage of coffee over side of cup or a carrier if more than 2 beverages.

Got two half decaf coffees. It was so burnt it was ridiculous. Hotter than usual from sitting there stale. I asked if she could make two new ones and she starts arguing w me that she just made it. This is the 2nd time. Same girl. She handed it to us immediately, so we know it was old. We just drove away from her to go have the other Dunkins remake it. I’ll stick w the best Dunkins on Central Ave next to Planet Fitness. Best coffee around! Always good and fresh!
