Instead of telling me they were out of the swirl I ordered they just skipped it and had me waiting for 15 minutes. Finally someone asked what I was waiting for, went to ask about it and then was told about the out of stock order. At this point they offered something different, which honestly I didn’t trust them to make after they’d already wasted so much of my time. So that suggested I go to another of their franchisee’s locations, all of which were extremely out of my way. So no refund, and support is closed so I guess I get no coffee today. Great job guys! Support local instead and just go to Bean Me Up or make it at home, because this location is horrible and I would suggest not supporting their other locations owned by the same person.

Worst dunkins I’ve ever been to. Started using the app to avoid having to wait 20+ minutes everyday and 75% of the time they forget your order, make your order and leave it sitting behind the counter, or make the order incorrectly. The biggest issue is they acknowledge their mistakes every single time yet never take any actions to fix them.

This place is the absolute slowest Dunkins that I have ever been to. The employees working the counter spend more time talking to each other than they do waiting on customers. I will never ever go to this location again. Not to mention the employees could use some personal training if they are going to be working with customers.

You don’t get a happy good morning, you get an uuhhh. Sorry for the wait. V after waiting 3 minutes for someone. You order, you say thank you and she says yep. You get to the window, only person in line…. Only one….. And you wait 8 minutes at the window for 2 iced coffees. 4 people running around like mice…. Back and forth.. tripping over each other!;nooooo order. Now we have one car behind us Grumpy face on this girl. Service is getting worse and worse with people who couldnt care less for positive customer service.

Been here a few times now 30 minutes after opening. They don’t have everything ready and you’re lucky if they have their baked goods. All you get is sorry it’s not ready and the delivery hasn’t come yet. It seems that delivery comes whenever it’s convenient. A year ago they would have had everything ready to go. I have seen more new faces at this location then any other Dunks in the past year. I’m definitely not coming back to location.
