Ordered from the kiosk for the first time and forgot to add a single side of cream for my coffee. My hot coffee was delivered and I had to ask for the donuts I paid for with it. The request was received by a late middle aged female employee as an inconvenience. I asked if I could have a single cream for my coffee as well and was told I would have to get back on line, order it and pay for it. A single cream. I won’t be going back

It’s a decent coffee shop. The shop was very busy as it was a Saturday morning on a beautiful day. It was slow, but the staff did their best despite the crowd. The coffee and muffins were as expected for Dunkin’ Donuts.

Crew members need to be trained better. Every time I go, it is chaos and it is a rare occasion they get my order right. I keep going back, hoping it will get better. Management has done a poor job teaching their workers how to multitask and handle the “rush”.
