The bathroom was disgusting! Pee all over, feminine products on the floor. Floor looks like not washed in a week. Not crowded, 4 workers at drive thru window and 1 at the register. She was counting the register. She asked me to wait. Someone would be over. I waited a bit, and the others were chatting, walking around, not really doing anything. I continued to wait until she got to counting the change, and not 1 of the others walked over to help take my simple order, I just wanted a plain donut to share with the dog. I walked out .

I’ve been a long time customer of dunks and I’ve gotten the same coffee for years and this is the only location that I’ve been to that consistently messes up my coffee. It’s 3 ingredients other than coffee, how hard could it be?? Well apparently it’s quite difficult. I’ve never commented on here before but it’s to the point now where if I want my coffee made right I have to drive to a different location. Its printed on the cup and yet it’s still made incorrectly.

Would give zero stars if I could. I don’t usually complain but they messed up our order and I was understanding and patient when they told me they would fix it and then they let me stand there for ten minutes while they started new orders. Trash all over the floor behind counter. Horrible service. Watered down hot chocolate and coffee. I will never go back again good thing Aroma Joe’s is right down the street.
