The employees are super rude. My husband and I have ordered drinks on the mobile app a few times and have harassed us every time for “not giving them enough time to make the drinks”. There is no need to be nasty when we are completely willing to wait on things. There has never been any rush. One time there was even some food in my drink. Very upset with the customer service we have received.

usually don’t do reviews, but I stopped coming to this dunkin for weeks because the service is always terrible. came back this morning for the first time in a while and through the entire process of taking my boyfriends order, the guy on the speaker repeatedly interrupted him and gave him a nasty attitude while all he was ordering was one simple drink. don’t come here any time before 8 am, the morning crew never want to do their job and treat customers like garbage. its just awful, and I really don’t understand how they can get away with it.

Most of the crew is great but there are those select few who you can tell dont want to be there an dont care about their job at all, well so then dont be there. Cant even properly pass a coffee to a customer?? They just throw it down where we can barely reach an walk away, no eye contact no have a nice day no heres your cofffee, nothing. Its beyond ignorant, its beyond rude. If you cant even fake niceties, you shouldnt be working.

Ordered off the mobile app. Guy refused to make my order and gave absolutely zero help on how I could get my money refunded. After calling customer service myself and getting my money back (within the next ten business days) they said they could see my order went through and couldn’t see any reason for them not being able to see or prepare my order. So basically the “employee” refused to make my order out of laziness. Wish I could do negative stars.

The Truth
This morning I went into your Dunkin at 6:50am and was met by what I have to say is the rudest employee I have ever come across. She not only was rude to each and every customer but she slid what I thought was my order across the counter and she said here and turned away. I grabbed the coffee and walked over to the line at the gas station to pay for a few items and she yelled across the store and said you took the wrong drink , so I walked back over and was met with hostility yet again and was made to beleive it was my fault. This is not going to be tolerated and I know this won’t be addressed as I read all the other reviews and it all says the same thing. The employee tried to publicly embarrass another customer as I walked away. This is the worst run Dunkin allowing a worker like that representing your image and your company which is probably why your rated a 3.6 instead of a 5

Haven’t even left the property yet because I wanted to get my review out there. Went in to get coffee 5 mins ago and was greeted by Zach. He took my order correctly the first time, entered it in pretty fast and made my coffee very quickly. From the time he asked “how can I help you” to “have a nice night man” took not even 3 minutes. Coffee taste amazing and will definitely return. Definitely an impressive experience especially after my hour long drive home from work. Seems like he knows what hes doing an then some. Someone get this dude a raise!

This is my preferred Dunkin. All of the associates know me so my drink is usually made before I get to the counter! Lately inside has been closed at times due to short staffing so the drive-thru line can get pretty long. I believe it is worth the wait though because they always make my complicated drink correctly and most of the team is very nice. It is located inside of Sunoco on route 1 so because of that you can’t buy orange juice, apple juice or any other cooler beverage that you can at other Dunkins. I definitely recommend this specific one.
