there’s one employee in particular always wearing a mask that has never not been rude to customers and slow. if you don’t like interacting with people and don’t like to work quickly- fast food service isn’t for you. i work in a cafe so i get it but we went through the drive through today- there was no one else in line and the parking lot was empty. i waited at the window for 6 minutes or so and not one word was said to me- just had the drink handed to me by her. and there was 3 employees so no excuse. maybe some more customer service training is needed

Employees were very slow, 3 of them were just standing around while one was doing ALL the orders so it took over 30 minutes for 3 items that should have been less then 10. The one that did all the orders; it was great, but the other 3 brought the stars down. There was no smiles and no greeting. They need to be trained in customer service and team work.

Every time we’ve been to this location it has not been a good experience. We had very rude staff first thing in the morning because they were short staffed all the way to orders just being made completely wrong. We’ve tried to give this location a chance but we’ve come to realize it’s just the store in general.

They could not have messed up any more than they did when we went to the drive-through today. We waited for the 5-10 minutes every other review is talking about to hear a voice on the other end, and after they came, no greeting, just “what do you want?” So I just order. 3 items later: a black iced coffee, a chocolate glazed donut, and their new Dunkin’ Wrap. They somehow managed to screw it all up. We get to the window where we see everyone just hanging around. The Wrap was cold on the inside, they didn’t know what type of donut I wanted, and the coffee wasn’t black. ??? How? And after I asked for a couple of napkins they handed me two. The only reason I’d return here is to ask for my money back.

They need more staff need to wear hairnets crack down on people with there phones out and evertime I’m there I got an attitude from Ellie the black female worker she’s got no positive attitude tords anyone she always rude to me and other customers as well and I won’t stand for it she needs to be fired I’ve complained about her before and nothing been done I don’t like the way they treat there staff I’ve heard some things about them glad I don’t work there other then that I have problems with this place good people but I feel like the morning crew is the better than the night crew
