Arrived in the afternoon, and this place was busy. Thought it was a good sign. Had scraps for bakery items left, but lucky for me, they had my blueberry munchkins left. For being the afternoon, they were soft, smaller than my typical location, but had a better coating of frosting and quite tasty. I considered that a win!

The absolute worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to in my life. It took me almost 45 minutes to get through the drive through. They claim they were short staffed which was not true. I saw at least 6 employees inside along with 3 employees outside smoking with a female manager as I heard them complaining about working. To top it off when I finally got around to the front of the business another employee again outside with the same manager who was out back started yelling at me about my car being stopped in the parking lot. No I was Not blocking any traffic in the parking lot so I told him to mind his business. I’ll be making a phone call to the owner and corporate.

Employees are rude. I had a latte made wrong and asked if they could fix it. They insisted it was made correctly even after I tasted it and told them it was a normal coffee. Once I got them to remake it and went back the following day the employee was passive aggressive about it and insisted it made right this time several times. I tried it and it just tasted off. I’m also never rude to employees cuz I worked in food service before and understand rude customers suck, but this wasn’t right. I won’t be going back to this Dunkin.

Worst dunkin ive been to, and my work takes me all over maine, new hampshire and mass. The people were cranky, rude, and just plain miserable. First time ive had a truly bad experience at a dunkin. Food wasnt hot. I get that people have bad days, but we were smiling and being polite and we did not deserve the way we were treated. I’ll try again next time and we will see how it goes.

We didn’t on the go order and we had to wait 5 minutes for a black coffee, a latte and three donuts. Not because they were busy in the front but because they were chit-chatting and making a friends order special by adding a bunch of stuff to it.

Skyla was wonderful! She was very patient, and sensere. When I last minute ordered 3 donuts at the window she didn’t fail to mention all the varieties they had, to make sure I got exactly what I wanted! I never felt rushed or unattended to.I appreciate that!

Incredibly slow and orders are either made terribly or completely wrong. I can understand a long wait due to staffing issues, but to make orders completely wrong, hand me the wrong food/not check before handing to you, and making drinks that taste worse and worse every time? That’s not excusable. That’s being a terrible employee. At this point, Dunks owes me well over $40 for screwed up orders.
