Excellent service. The app was not working properly and the girl that helped me out was patient to try to figure it out. It didn’t end up working and she knew what the coupon was for so she ended up just giving me my coffee because it was supposed to be free anyways with my purchase. They are very patient and friendly there. They also made my iced coffee perfect there noones ever makes it that well. Well job girls!

I order ahead and do the walk-in pick up but the lobby is often, but without pattern or consistency, closed. It’s impossible to cancel the order or get a refund so you just end up losing money. You could hop in the drive through line and get the walk in pick up that way but, when the lobby is closed, the line is often around the building. Obviously very understaffed and they should no be blamed but upper management could manage expectations on app orders because it is possible to turn the ability to order off and on depending on the capacity for fulfill orders.

We have stopped at this Dunkin’s several times over the last 3 months. The trash can out front is always full and running over, the floors are a mess and the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in many days. We not be stopping here again. Makes me wonder what the food prep area is like.

Have lost multiple to go orders because they decide to shut down the lobby while allowing you to order anyways. Then the drive through lines around the building, meaning I can’t wait or risk being late to work. This has happened to me today for atleast the 3rd and final time. I will not be back and I live 2 minutes away.

No water apparently so I didn’t get my latte. Which is fine I guess stuff happens. But I got a peppermint mocha cold brew instead with cream. And a donut. And she proceeded to completely forget my peppermint mocha swirl. Thought that was kinda the main feature of the drink but whatever Yknow. Im also pretty sure she was ignoring me when I was asking for my drink to be fixed. She also forgot I ordered a donut and challenged me about it until I showed her my receipt. I’m not a picky or impatient person at all, but I’m not coming back here. Obviously the staff doesn’t seem to like their job or be bothered to do it well.
