How does it take 30 minutes to burn my sandwich? Customer service… non existent. Order ahead online just to sit in the drive thru WINDOW for 30 minutes. Just to receive burnt food? I’m in agreement this dunkin should be closed.

THE WORST DUNKIN DONUTS EVER. Literally everyday for 20 years I’ve Dunkin donuts EVERYDAY and I’m just here to say this Dunkin is AWFUL. Massachusetts dunkin donuts need to take the Maine branches back over. They do not represent Dunkin donuts well at all. Half the time I don’t get what I ordered, the coffee doesn’t even taste right. First thing I do when I go to Boston is get a coffee to remind me of how Dunkin should taste. It’s shockingly different! This morning I got a bagel breakfast sandwich that they didnt let cook all the way so they microwaved it to the point where it’s completely inedible. Gross plus all the sandwiches from this Dunkin taste like burnt plastic because they don’t clean their ovens enough, just gross. As a guy from Boston this dunks is sacrilege. Close it down EITHER SELL IT OR RUN IT PROPERLY!!!!

I come here every morning. Religiously. Ladies working are great but their products are lacking. Recently, I stopped at Saco Dunkin and the iced coffee I got was sooo flavorful compared to the Biddeford location? Why? I also think there is one oven they use that just makes all the food cooked in there have this weird flavor that is not appetizing.
