Although I am not a fan of fast food I have been here a few times. The atmosphere is friendly the staff is courteous it’s a fairly new facility and has all of the amenities that follow. It has a drive-thru with walk-in. Be careful in the parking lot it’s a madhouse.

This Dunkin Donuts is extremely slow and their ability to give you the correct order is almost zero. Expect to wait 30min if there are 5 cars in line ahead of you. I have come to this Dunkin Donuts dozens of times and in the last few months it really has gotten bad.

The shop is a big improvement over the store it replaced. It’s still quite new and always clean as a whistle. They do a huge drive-thru business, but I normally stop in to get a donut and a cup of tea. This visit I sat and relaxed for about half an hour in complete comfort and quiet. The restroom is always clean and the staff are friendly. I haven’t stopped in for breakfast yet but will do that soon and I know they have a good selection. Coffee drinkers probably love this place but I’m a tea drinker. Fortunately they have several different teas available.

First few times at this location wasn’t bad at all and I enjoyed it as it was quick and my order was correct. This last time sucked. It took me around 15min from ordering to get my complete order. The workers did not greet me or thank me, nor did they apologize at any time for the wait. I literally scanned my phone app to collect points and then had the window shut in my face before I could hand over my card. When then the worker realized the one drink finished wasn’t mine they again shut the window in my face w/o explaining anything and I had to wait and watch the one other worker make my drink and instead of bringing it to me at the window place it down on the completed tray. I then waited additional time for the other worker to notice and bring me the drink. I was flabbergasted to say the least.

This is the slowest DD ever. I go this DD almost everyday for my son. It doesn’t matter if it is drive through or inside. Today there were at least 8 people in there. The lines inside and out were very long. Even though I was right there, I couldn’t hear what order they were calling out for people to pick up. I was supposed to get a hot black coffee, she gave me a black iced coffee. I said it was supposed to be black and they waited on two other people before she corrected my coffee while I stood there with many people behind me. I asked for a sleeve, she doesn’t speak louder than a whisper so I didn’t hear they didn’t have any and her attitude sucked big time. Iasked again she said no and i had asked for ketchup. I said, well could i have the ketchup, again she started waiting on other people making me wait there for 1 package of ketchup again with to do many people in the place and outside line. That girl is not worth having on your payroll. She was rude and as slow as a turtle. There was laughing and fooling around in the back, which is nice if there’s not 30 customers (including drive through) waiting. You have lost a daily customer because I’m tired of it. I gave two stars for the one or two people who don’t deserve to work with people like that. I won’t be going back there if I can help it.
