Pretty average Dunkin’ experience, with nothing really negative to say aside from the frozen caramel coffee I got was a bit more bitter than I’m used to. Inside was relatively clean, and wait time was fairly average. It’s in a shopping center so there is plenty of parking and they do have a drive through as well if you don’t want to go inside.

2 days in a row I went for my mocha iced coffee regular cream regular sugar. Yesterday they completely forgot the mocha. Today they completely forgot the cream in my coffee and another coffee. I don’t know if they have a bunch of old ladys that don’t care or just don’t drink coffee to know but they are slacking super hard this week. To the point I had to leave a review. Sucks cause the young kids they have working nights never mess up. Just the morning crew

It’s a 50/50 for my experiences here. I either get friendly, lovely people or employees that sound so irritated that you leave wondering what you did wrong. After saying thank you, your lucky if you get a ‘your welcome’, usually just ‘yep ok move up’ or just ‘ok’ heaven forbid you sell a coffee with basic people skills. The other half of visits are great, friendly service, positive employees that make you leave with a smile. After reading other reviews I’m glad it’s not just me. The tip jar says *gratitude* – for a reason we just avoid bad service and cold breakfast sandwiches by going to the one in Yarmouth or coffee by design.

Edit: In the weeks since I posted this, the staff has definitely made an effort to be more friendly. I’ve gotten “thank you”s and “have a good day”s more often than not, and it’s been noticeably more pleasant. Changing my review from two stars to four.

***UPDATE***(1 year later) Haven’t been back for about a year and you guessed it… still extremely rude staff and the old lady acted like I was wasting my time asking about a mobile order that was not on the pickup counter. It was ready just not reachable from the pickup area for some reason. Rolled her eyes and grunted. Manager needs to crack down but probably too desperate to not lose staff. Sad.

We ordered pick-up from their app. When we arrived no one was inside working. No signs saying they were closed, online indicated they are open. They took our money but with no way to cancel once we put the order in and since there was no one there we will have to go through the company’s customer service to get our money back. It was a huge waste of time.

Went through the drive thru thinking it would only take a couple minutes. We sat there for 15 minutes only to get the wrong order and two straws for three drinks and they completely forgot one of the drinks.

After showing up to the drive-through to place an order for a Nitro Cold Brew that I had called the store minutes prior and was told that it was working, the drive-through told me that it was not working… complete pure laziness on this stores part. This has become much more common and is very comparable to the McDonald’s ice cream machine conspiracy! I will not come to this store again and have deleted the app!!
