I ordered a salted caramel brew. When I got it, did not have the burnt sugar on top. When I asked for it, woman said they have been out of it for 2 weeks and there is nothing she could do. I suggested that she should have mentioned it to me when I ordered. She shrugged her shoulders and moved on.

Last time I went, they messed up my coffee order. For the first time in my life I actually asked for this to be corrected. My goodness did they make me feel like the biggest inconvenience ever. They spent over 5 solid minutes talking inside about which worker messed it up and just kept going on and on about it all. When I was given the correct coffee, better believe they avoided complete eye contact or any words. Also time before that, found a long black hair in my food. Thanks but no thanks.

i sat against their tables for one moment and lifted my legs onto my chair to fix my pants for a short period of time and one of the workers yelled at me to get off the table and was very aggressive even though i only did it once.

Kid at drive thru window half listened to our orders, then told us they were out of 3 things we ordered, then asked us to repeat the entire order. Got to pick up window and the poor girl there was trying to fix his mistakes, he literally put in ONE part of our 5 person order correctly. Sat for almost 10 minutes waiting for them to straighten it all out, only to leave and realize my husbands order wasn’t even in the bag despite me repeating our order 6 times. My 12 year old when I left said “Did that guy even work there?”

Excellent employees here. Not only were the employees friendly but they made one of the best iced mocha lattes I’ve ever had. We also asked for a cup of water for our dogs and the young gentleman working was nice enough to even ask if we wanted ice in it for the pups. Overall I was impressed with how friendly and attentive the employees were at this dunkin donuts compared to other dunks I frequent.

This location is terrible, my order is always wrong! I can understand it being incorrect once in a while, stuff happens. The last 6 times I’ve been to this location my order has been wrong. Even when I double check when they hand it to me, it’s still been wrong. I order a coffee with 1 pump of flavor and regular cream, it’s not a difficult order but the staff clearly do not listen when taking an order. So frustrating!

I got my son a latte a little after 2p today. They forgot the whipped cream (no big deal) but also forgot the espresso shot. (Huge deal) I am glad it was only 2.16 for his mocha milk! Probably not coming back for awhile. I understand the minimum wage went up but didn’t realize that the service would go down.
