Me and my husband went for an evening ride and went to D&D for a cup of coffee. We had to drive our large pickup truck through a sloppy obstacle course of cones and ropes, half of them were knocked down just to get to the drive through. When we arrived at the intercom a young female says sir did you go through the cones with rudeness. We replied no and she argued with us. She said I can’t serve you then. Sounds like it’s time for her to move on! Scaring away good customers, we were both dumb founded. Wow

Had a dress suit on and she gave us the drinks and the coffee cup had a leak she even told us that, and spilt all over my dress pants. Was not happy and of course another dry cleaning. Next time serve hot drinks in a good cup better yet dont tell me your sending it to us

Both these drinks were untouched and disgusting. Didnt get the full amount of beverage paid for and they were made incorrectly. Then when we try to talk to the worker he just brushed it off and walked away from the window saying it’s a problem at all Dunkin’s right now. Huh you don’t give your customers what they paid for Dunkin?

Great food and drink like always. But the staff…… Could be friendlier. I do get that when your short staffed it’s hard, but could be NICE and if the app says I can walk-in to get my food…. Don’t lock the doors and make me walk through drive-thru. I get if you can’t take orders inside but either change the setting in the app or let people just walk in to get the pre-order food.

The staff is great and always remembers my order and it’s actually quick the only thing I’d say they could work on is the food. I personally feel like they hold certain items like hashbrowns too long and when you get them they’re hard cold and inedible.
