Long line at the drive-through out into the road, which is understandable it’s great coffee. So I go inside to order, get my entire order through and I’m told they only take cash inside. I asked if they could please run my order through at the drive-through and was told by a young man with very few teeth (in a very rude) voice that he cannot run my sale through on the drive-through register because he has a long line at the drive-through and it will mess everything up. He was not even nice about it. Very disappointed. I’m trying to be understandable as it must be stressful but they had like several employees working.

Their ovens are always “down” on the weekend and miraculously work on Monday. I get staffing issues. I have sympathy for the workers and managers, but they should inform people prior to waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru that they can’t provide the WHOLE menu.

Always either a line out to Main Street, an employee standing outside the door smoking, or unprofessional service. I’ve been getting my coffee at Dunkin’ since 1987 (black with a flavored swirl of some sort since 1993) and today I got a first; an extra $.30 charge for adding a flavor swirl to my black coffee. Da fuq? Maybe great coffee, but it’s not worth $3.19 a cup.

Sending Donuts from the three Dunkin’ donuts and this local area this by far has been the worst experience for me my friends and I went there the other day to get two coffees and two Donuts the employees were extremely rude yelling at us and we’re very unprofessional I would not recommend this place to anyone and the drinks were horrible. Not going here again!!

My first visit to this location went pretty smooth. I went in to make my purchase. Not much of a wait as the line went pretty fast. The employees I delt with were pleasant and smiling. After playing my order,I realized I had ordered the wrong coffee. They took care of it quickly and efficiently. I’ll be back. Decent donuts too
