This is a Dunkin’ donuts just like every other Dunkin’ donuts around the United States. There is nothing special about their coffee and their donuts are okay at best. If you’re in a pinch, then feel free to eat their food, but I always recommend to support local instead.

Dunkin’ Donuts in general is a very frustrating place to go to. Mistakes are often made and my lattes, although I always order the same thing, they never taste the same. And for some reason at this location it happens even more often. On my last visit here, I ordered the Egg white bowl and got the Sausage one. I don’t eat meat and since I got it to go, my breakfast had to go to the trash once I finally opened it to enjoy it.

I waited in line about 6 minutes before I turn around and walked out they were more focused on getting the doordash orders prepared then helping the customers in the store and that’s about it. If you want to get you coffee anytime you fashion go to Starbucks or a different dunkins it’s like this every time I go there

Was on a door dash that clearly said 3 medium iced decaf coffees for my delivery. Arrived to pick it up and hit hadn’t even been started yet. They took about 15 minutes to finally get to it and when I got the bag I headed out as usual to able the delivery. The bag felt light for 3 iced coffees but they seal the bag so I didn’t open it u til something said to in my mind. As expected they put a medium iced coffee and a medium water…..Water!!!!!!! In the bag.

bad service, never get my donuts when placing a mobile order. employees clear orders from the screen before making them then act confused when you ask about your order. unfriendly staff, long waits. will not be going to this location anymore. better to go to one of the other three Dunkins in Portland. I am a frequent customer of this location. hope they improve.

Bad service and coffee. I ordered a hot coffee and a donut. The cashier didn’t give me a receipt nor did he ask if I wanted one so,when it came down getting my order it was missing my donut. I told the guy who made my coffee that I ordered a donut,he told that I didn’t and then he continued to act like I was lying.After all that,my coffee tasted burnt . This was my first time going to that location but,I will honestly never go there again

Did a grub hub order for Friday morning donuts and coffee to celebrate the weekend – Several of the donuts were stale/gross/inedible. I checked which location I ordered from and realized it was this location rather than the St. Johns location. Mistake I won’t do again! 🙁
