We were third in line. The first guy got tired of waiting and walked out. The next couple were able to order. So we were first in line but the two people working there were concentrating on the drive through window. I heard one tell the other that the manager was going to kill them because the numbers were low. I took that to mean that management expects cars to be in and out in a certain number of seconds. This, of course, is a popular but bad idea. Focusing on time rather than quality means that quality suffers. I don’t blame the workers, this is fully on management. We walked out without ordering.

All the staff seemed to be trying very hard to provide service with a smile even though they seemed very busy with the drive through, UberEATS, and all those other delivery places. There weren’t too many customers actually inside. I hadn’t been too a Dunkin on my own with out my son to order, in a long time and had no idea what to get and the very nice guy behind the counter explained the fruit combos and made me a delicious concoction! I lost my receipt to tell them they did a good job so I hope someone reads this. A+

CHECK ALL UR ORDERS. Staff was pleasant at first, until I had to take another 20 minutes to drive back to this Dunkin. Their phone number doesn’t work so don’t waste your time. My sandwich was screwed up; they gave me a bagel and cream cheese which was less in terms of food and money compared to what I ordered. They didn’t even have the decency to to apologize. Guy knew he screwed up my order and obviously didn’t care. He just wanted me to hurry and leave I guess. CHECK UR ORDER.

No other customers but had to ask for help as they were busy hanging out and talking. Everything was dirty and disgusting. Floor was filthy. Customer counter was cover with the staffs drinks they were currently drinking. Doughnuts were covered in bags and when dropped just left. Won’t be back.

Ordered a med butter pecan latte. Got a medium in a large cup with no lid. The kid was rude when I asked about the missing lid to which he said “I told you I didn’t have any, otherwise I would have put one on” Then they didn’t toast my avocado toast.

I went in to get a Lrg Ice Coffee & a Plain Bagel toasted w/Plain Cream Cheese. Opened up the bagel wrapper & this is what we saw. So brought it back through the Drive Thru to return it & they say;”Oh Larry must have made this one”, crazy right?! I believe if you’re working with food, WEAR A HAIR NET!!!!

This establishment has little to no management. The staff are rude and condescending. I tried to order a flavored coffee and again for the third time this week he told me they were out of the product so I said you guys are always running out of product, and another worker interrupted and said if I didn’t like it, I could go to the Dunkin’ Donuts around the corner. I replied, funny and he said yeah it is. That’s the service you get ? They run out of almost all their product every day by mid morning. I have no idea who’s doing the ordering but they are failing miserably. Quite possibly the slowest drive-through that I’ve ever experienced. You wait forever and when you get up there, there’s employees all talking and hanging out, while doing NOTHING! I go every single day five days a week to get coffee’s for myself and my co workers and it’s always a disaster. If you look online, previous reviews are no better. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Lobby is always closed with no signifiers, then when ordering on the app while waiting in lobby, it takes ages to receive your order or any assistance whatsoever. I don’t drive so I bussed into Mill Creek, had 20 minutes to wait for the bus so I figured a drink and four donuts (to surprise my partner with a treat!) wouldn’t take long. Got my drink, but waited 10 minutes and never received donuts. Attempted to get the attention of the workers for a few minutes but I went ignored and unfortunately had to book it to catch my bus, without donuts still. As a pedestrian, it is not worth coming to this location any further.
