They took over 20 minutes to get my order & food. I get to the window both my drinks were not full. They handed me the wrong food at first which wasn’t a big deal then they “fixed” my order & handed me back a bagel with absolutely no cream cheese. They smeared the thinnest amount ever. Absolutely ridiculous & wasted 30 minutes I could’ve taken to drive to a different location & gotten better service. I’ve also tried to call the store 10+ times since I’ve left & their phones is “busy”

I went through the drive thru and normally it isn’t bad yesterday from the time I got there, from the time I left it took 35 minutes. No idea what the problem was but yesterday was pretty bad. It looks like new people but they need better training especially during when it gets really busy during the morning

This was by far the DIRTIEST drive through Iv ever seen. The guy standing behind the window lady repeatedly wiped his SNOT on his arm while making drinks. The young lady in the window had food particles all over her face. It took 10 min to get a drink in an empty line. The lady in the window was just !¿pressing buttons?! Didn’t give the opportunity to ask about preferences. And on top of all that.. the coffee was BAD.

My boyfriend and I had arrived to get two donuts, a breakfast sandwich, and a coffee. Upon seeing the massive line (picture shown), we decided to park for a minute and order online. We went to the mall across the street and after about 45 minutes, we came back for our order. As my boyfriend went inside, the inside was guarded off with grab-n-go orders there, but not ours. An employee walked past him and left the premises (the photo with the last car in the line was the vehicle he hopped into) without asking if he needed anything – I found that so rude, unless it was his shift ending. When an employee had finally seen my boyfriend, he told them the order and due to the long wait time and them not making any hot food, the lady who had helped in threw in four extra donuts for us. Afterwards, though, I had gotten a black, curly hair in my mouth from one of the donuts – my boyfriend is blonde/ginger and I am ginger; it wasn’t our hair. I was thoroughly grossed out and would never like to come back to this location.

They weren’t making food at 4pm, with no explanation or apology. My drink was wrong. Other drinks were fine. They had no personality… monotone, one word answers, blank faces… We truly had the feeling we were bothering them but being there. It was uncomfortable.

This is the worst Dunkin location ever. For over a year the line is always moving very slow. Waited an hour in line one Time here. What’s worse is once you get your food you’re trapped in the parking lot until the line moves. Yesterday I went and they only had one person working and their was cars wrapped around the building. He was stressing out rightfully so. I know damn well he don’t get paid enough to be dealing with that many customers on his own. Seems they always short staffed but never see any hiring posting on indeed or on their board for this location. Seems poorly managed

Usually this dunkin’s gets a bad rap, so I get there about 30 minutes before work. And this is usually perfect. However today the line was wrapped around the corner and so I was a bit worried about timing. But the line was moving quickly, much faster than I have ever seen it go before. I get up to order and the gentleman over the speaker was very sweet and seemed to genuinely care about the correctness of the order. When I got to the window he had a giant smile on his face and got very excited when my coupon finally worked for me. He was very sweet and kept the line moving quickly, doing the headset and the window. I didn’t get this man’s name and I wish I had to include it here, however he was an older gentlemen and you will know who he is by the smile on his face. 10/10 Performance from the Dunkin’s staff this morning!!

They really need to pick up the slick with the mobile phone oder because when I went here last Friday because I was in the area and my oder wasn’t even ready and on top of they didn’t even fill up the paper machine where you should do that be your shift . So this time it was more than 10 minutes to do my oder and guy that looked at me doing the paper machine said opps sorry like he a way he didn’t wanted to bother putting paper in the machine I would so wait to go to my normal dunkin donuts at least people there are more friendly and gets my phone oder right
