Dunkin has gone down hill extremely, in the last year. All the good kids have left and new workers replacing them are not measuring up. They continually mess up my coffee, they are rude and have no sense of good customer interaction. Not too mention they are very slow. I’m usually sitting in line for about 15-20 mins each time I go. I am not happy with this “new” dunkin. Izzy Is the ONLY one left who is amazing and always friendly
