Mocha Latte and black coffee. Waited for a long time for someone to even acknowledge I was waiting at the counter. A simple, “be with you in a few” would have been enough to recognize me waiting in the restaurant. Drinks were made, but one leaked and was McDonald’s lawsuit hot.

I bought some stuff from this location today, and most of it was okay at best but one of my bagel bites had a finger not only pressed into it, but the picture I’ll be supplying below shows that it was pressed in PRIOR to cooking because of the crispiness of the edges of the indent. It was also cracked down the middle because of this. I’m incapacitated and unable to drive because of it and this was my breakfast.

The people there hate their jobs, the bathroom was disgusting with wet towels laying around. There were very little options for donuts and they gave me my latte cold. Also, the people that go there were rude dismissive people that nearly ran to get in front of you to the counter or bathroom. I’d avoid this dunkin. Just go to the next one.

Every time I come in here there’s a bunch of younger-looking employees standing around talking not one person bothered to turn around and take care of the counter people come here on their breaks they don’t have time while they’re sitting here talking about the party they went to over the weekend how ridiculous and most of the time the coffee is not even made the right I really wish they would either get a new crew or make a new Dunkin’ Donuts so I don’t have to drive an extra 2 miles to get a coffee and now today specifically I’m going to work without one because nobody bothered to help me get it together

Visited store around 6 am. Could not tell if it was open. Only when we tried the door did we confirm it was open. Another time at the same store it was closed during posted hours. I drive up to drive thru and saw a lit sign but with no response. The drive thru window was dark when I drove around. Frustrating.

i’ve been getting dunkin for years and i’ve never had a problem until now. i’m a very patient person and i am always on my way to work when i stop so i never have time to stop and let them know something is wrong. i understand mistakes happen, but something is wrong with my order 75% of the time i go there. i’ve received burnt food, cold food, food that’s over an hour old, coffee that tastes burnt. the list goes on. and it’s ONLY this location i’ve had issues with. very dissatisfied and it sucks because it used to be great.

What is wrong with this location?! I ordered through app, paid for it, clicked the “I am here” and still nothing. Twenty minutes later they gave me a portion of my order when I drove through to ask why so long. Will never go back to this location.
