My husband asked for 2 medium hot coffees and only got one (and charged for one so that’s good), he ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and a cinnamon roll also (charged appropriately). When the order came up he had to ask for the cinnamon roll. He was so frustrated he didn’t bother getting the other coffee. He said the girl behind the counter didn’t appear to have a clue. Just keep an eye on your orders. Maybe, (giving the benefit of the doubt here), she was a newby and just learning the ropes.

Mar 16 2023 – I got up early in the morning and decided to stop by here. I ordered 2 Bacon Egg & Cheese wake-up wraps, one for me and one for my girlfriend. My order came out surprisingly quick for 2 wraps. When I got to school, I opened the package and there was only one in the bag. Needless to say, me and her split it, but I still believe that Dunkin needs to get their act together. Not cool

I have been to this Dunkin numerous times and I will not be back. Every time I have come by, they give me the end of the coffee pot and I get coffee grounds. I always ask them to stir my coffee and even after being stirred, it tastes like there is no sugar. Poor customer service
