Just went through drive thru, pouring rain, had to wait for clerk to to come back, was in line for ten minutes, just to tell me they were out of all refreshers! So I had to wait to get out since there were cars ahead of me, not happy, get better stocked, seems every time I go there, their out of whatever we want, I know it’s not the girls fault, it’s just very frustrating

I wouldn’t know how their Food is, because they’re always all out of everything! And I kept assuming they Restocked, So I kept trying to get my Breakfast here, but they were out of Cheese and Croissants. And then I put in a Door dash order, and my Dasher called me saying they were all out of Croissants and Wraps. It’s just so irritating! I moved here a Few Months ago and there isn’t a whole lot to eat around here, and Door dash only offers McDonald’s and Dunkins, So, I was really hoping this Dunkins would be more convenient. They’re only really good for Coffee.

The drive-thru was endless so I went inside for an ice coffee and a coffee colada, blueberry iced coffee had way too much creamer typical of Dunkin’. Although there was several workers it was very disorganized and the girl taking the orders spent more time talking to customers then taking orders.

I live in the area so visit occasionally. It’s always really busy in the morning during the midweek. They are understaffed so the wait for me in the drive through line has been 15 h 20 minutes most of the time. I order the same ice coffee everytime and it isn’t always the same. The people working at the window are very friendly.

My sister in law and I went in for coffee this morning around 9 am we was going to sit into the lobby to drink our coffee but we left all the tables was nasty and the floors looked like they have not been swept or mopped so we left I can’t believe it was that nasty and the lobby wasn’t even busy we had our drinks in no time but if the front cashier wasn’t busy should have cleaned the lobby
