Doors closed to outside patrons. Drive up over 20 minutes in drive up with no change in vehicles at the speaker to even order. Multiple people leaving. Decided ourself to leave which is unfortunate. But seems like possibly this location shouldn’t have opened for the day if they can’t wait on customers within a timely manner.

I do not like to leave negative reviews but I have been to this dunkin a few times and the service is terrible. I went in a few days ago and waited at the counter for a very long time, there was also another lady behind me. A young man said he would be with me in a minute, but approximately 7-8 more minutes went by and I wasn’t waited on. I realize the drive through is important, but people who actually get out of their vehicles to come into your establishment are equally as important. I left that day with nothing, and the lady behind me also left. Please note: this was not a case of diminished staffing, I counted 4 people behind the counter. (I am very considerate of establishments that are umderstaffed)

I normally don’t have any issues. But I went today ( June 6th 2022 around 3pm) and got an iced coffee and an ice water. I poured my ice water into a mug to keep it cold cause I work in a garage. As I got to the end of pouring my water, I saw this black thing floating in it. I did not drink my coffee or my water. I went to another Dunkin and they looked at it, and they agreed with me that it almost looks like a mouse dropping. I didn’t even want to try and get another drink from them, if this is what I think it is. I’ve had issues with drinks similar to this, but they were more obviously coffee grounds getting mixed into the drink. But never has it looked like a mouse dropping.

Went through drive thru this am 3/6/23 at 3:45am and got $8 worth of food and handed a $20. Did not get the correct change back and when tried to call immediately after…knowing they are not that busy…only ever got an automated recording with a hangup after to have them check the till.
