Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Ordered inside— then waited while 3-4 drive thru orders were taken care of. I was told “I am required to do the drive through orders first, but I will get yours next.” I said no problem. Unfortunately 4 or 5 more cars rolled in and after fifteen minutes, I just walked out. Wasted $10. I do not think I will be visiting ANY Dunkin’ location again, because they just don’t seen to hire enough people.

This is a nice Dunkin Donuts. It’s very clean and has a ‘fresh’ feeling to it. Same selection as any other DD, same donuts as the other ones in town (they’re all made in one town, Lewiston I believe), and distributed amongst the other 500 DDs in this small town. Very friendly and speedy service.

The last couple of times they have put a lot of milk into my Charlie cold foam. When I explained that it doesn’t look like the picture and there shouldn’t be milk in it, the guy behind the counter responded that it does.. I took it and googled what is in the Charlie cold foam and there’s no milk in this drink because the cold foam is the dairy that makes the drink creamy. Truly disappointed. Bangor street makes it perfect everytime. I didn’t have time to argue more because I had to go to work.

Dunkin on Western Ave in Augusta is great. The customer service is terrific. The woman who took our order was wonderful with my grand daughter, who couldn’t remember what she usually orders. She talked it out with her and they figured it out. Food was good, they filled the orders quickly and correctly. Whole experience was nice.

I’m a daily dunkin drinker during the work week and usually, not an issue. The staff know my wife and i by now and the regulars we interact with are great. Sometimes there’s items missing and sometimes the drink isn’t correct, but not enough for it to be an issue.

This place literally messes up 90% of my orders compared to the other Dunkin’s in town. Whether it’s the wrong drink, the opposite temperature, or a drink that’s only filled 60% of the way up the cup.

So I went there and even with a bunch of people, I asked for a small iced apple cider. I got a small hot apple cranberry. Im not one to complain at all but, if there was a bunch of people it shouldn’t be hard. This isn’t the first time but with a different order.
