Don’t make people wait that long to tell them they can’t order what they want. Nursing homes run whole units with two people and still serve food. Friendly service, fast ordering, it was end of day so they didn’t have a few things, being a very small location I get that, but they went out of their way to serve a very special customer, my cat Hatori..he was very pleased with their service. Even though he was shy at the window, he LOVED the special Kit Kup they made for him and the bacon !!! Will definitely return to this place soon!!!

Worst Dunkin around ! Literally the place sucks . Drive thru is prob the slowest ive ever seen in my whole life no joke and inside is worse . Placing ahead dont make a difference ! I swear noone can read or knows how to do there job in there literally advise everyone to not go there . Horrible experience in the drive thru. Waited 36 minutes in the drive thru with only two cars in front of us (couldn’t leave because of cars behind us.) When we finally got up to the window, they tried to hand us the wrong drink then took another 7 minutes to make ours. Kept stopping to gossip with each other. Tried to hand us our drinks without lids and acted like she was under the influence of something.

In general I love Dunkin, including the coffee and snacks and everything else. However right now this particular store is experiencing a very severe staff shortage so they’re really only semi-open. They were out of one key ingredient of the thing I ordered which was much less than ideal. So — I think they’re definitely doing the best they can under the circumstances, but at the moment that falls pretty short of what I expect. I hope things improve.

I have gone to this location two separate times in the last two weeks around 5pm eastern. Both times no line, not busy and only one person working. Both times I wasn’t able to order a latte or food items because they shut the expresso and grill down early. Both times confirming they were staying open til 7. What is the point of staying open if you can’t make 70% of the menu?

Service can be slow at times , always get a greeting with I’ll be right with you. I understand staffing is tough so I wait no issue. Food is not always correct. Coffee is hit or miss if it’s made correctly.. They do try but just a bit slow..
