I’ve stopped in here many times for convenience of the location. I do want to point out I’ve never had an issue (besides a forgotten item twice before) until today. I ordered two bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps. I leave and about 10 minutes away. Open my first wrap…very clearly a dark hair about 3 or 4 inches long, wirey. I gag a little…it was on the sandwich and obvious enough idk how it could of been missed. Then I decided to open the wrap, not one not two but three more short hairs inside. Now my appetite is completely gone. I am too far away to turn back so I call and ask to speak to the manager. She says she’s sorry and offers me another wrap or my money back. I wonder if next time I have to request to hold the hairs?

My coworker ordered a bagel twist and had to wait almost 20 minutes for it. Not only that but he had to remind the cashier that he was still wanting for his order. This Dunkin is normally very good BUT in this case it’s getting a three star rating because of the non-exceptional job.

They mess up my drink almost every time. Their muffins are raw, and I do mean raw sometimes. Which I called and let them know but it was raw the next day. And they will not break a big bill. I’m not sure why they refused to go to the safe and break it. But I will not choose this franchise again.

I came through this morning and asked for a simple peppermint mocha iced latte and when I pulled up the guy handling cash out was rude, and not even 2 minutes after cashing me out and STANDING RIGHT AT THE WINDOW…..asks me what am I waiting on, to my response I was a little baffled and said everything considering he just cashed me out and hasn’t handed me anything yet. Then when handing out my latte there was a whipped cream on it (meaning it was a signature and was overcharged as I never asked for that).. he then shot me a dirty look and glared at me, groaned, and turned around for them to “remake” it. When I got it back, it tasted fine and assumed there was no sticker on the cup due to them completely remaking it. Come to find out, when I opened up the cup there was whipped cream residue and they didn’t remake the drink at all.. I even TOLD them I can’t have dairy as it makes me sick, and they disregarded that comment smh…

Probably not a bad dunkin, but the coffee I ordered was so bitter. I always get 8 sugar 4 cream, so there’s no excuse, I don’t think it was even added. Plus grounds in my coffee doesn’t make it a, better, bolder flavor, it makes it no better than what I could make at home when I was 6.

This comment goes out to all locations around Bangor but today’s order was in Newburgh I ordered 2 teas, got 2 coffee. Order clearly says tea and someone just was just careless. Anytime I order through drive-thru it’s 50/50 they give me coffee when I ask for tea even had some people argue with me that “its not black tea if you add cream and sugar – the type of tea is black not the way I take it). I’ve started doing mobile ordering to stop this, however even with mobile ordering, if it’s not a restaurant I normally visit or outside the hours I normally visit they it’s 50/50 on my mobile order too (today Newburgh visit was at 1045am when usually I only stop at this one at 630am). This happens at all locations and I lose over 100$ in a year alone of just wasted coffee because by the time I go to sip it I’m long gone from the restaurant (usually at work). If I do get a chance to go to another dunkin along my drive and they refuse to fix the mistake of another restaurant. I order at least 2 of these a day so I spend quite a bit of money between all your restaurant. If this was a onetime thing it’d be no big deal but I now have to check for teabags every time AND smell it because I’ve also had someone clearly make coffee in the cup by accident, dump it and use the same cup for tea which ruins the tea (this particular instance has also happened numerous times). Please teach your people to ready the label, replace the cup if they make a mistake, and allow other restaurants to fix the mistakes of each other.
